THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 19703 OF 2019 O R D E R:

Petitioner challenges the notice dated 27.06.2019 issued under Section of the Telangana Land Encroachment Act, 1905 in respect of the land in Survey No. 1199/1200/617, in an extent of 40 square yards. She asserts that she had already filed a reply to the notice on 02.07.2019, but so far, no orders have been passed thereon.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the fact that the petitioner had already submitted the reply / explanation on 02.07.2019 to the 4th respondent Tahsildar, it is directed the same be considered in accordance with law and a speaking order be passed thereon, if eviction of the petitioner from the property warrants, as required under Section 6 of the Act. The entire exercise be completed within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, status quo existing as on today in all respects be maintained.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any stand closed.
