THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.29186 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not allotting seat in First Year Degree Course i.e., Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics, History, Political Science (English Medium) in the colleges of respondents 5 or 6 though the daughter of the petitioner possess more merit than the students, who were allotted in Phase II and III of the counselling held by the 4th respondent for admission into under Graduate courses in the State of Telangana.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Higher Education (TG) in unison submits that the petitioner has been granted admission into the 5th respondent college, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive any more. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
