A perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation is completed in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed and the same is taken on file vide C.C.No.9862 of 2O2l In view of the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition witll a liberty to file fresh petition challenging the very charge sheet itself.

Granting liberty as sought for, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
