THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.1076 of 2004 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the respondents in not paying salaries to the petitioners in the guise of implementing Section 116C of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act by not taking into consideration the amounts recoverable due to the society within the meaning of gross profit as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
2. The writ petition against respondent Nos.5 to 7 dismissed for noncompliance with the orders of this court dated 29.12.2010. When the matter is called for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
