THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12988 of 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-A.3 & A.4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.208 of 2013 on the file of Manthani Police Station, Karimnagar District for the offences under Sections 420 and 468 IPC.

Heard.

On perusal of the entire material available on record, prima facie there are certain allegations as against the petitioners herein and truth or otherwise of the said allegations can be ascertained by the investigating agency during the course of investigation and this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in the said crime at the threshold. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of the pendency of the above crime, the petitioners apprehend arrest and also harassment in the hands of the police.

In view of the above, the police concerned are directed to complete the investigation into the crime without arresting the petitioners herein and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. Further the petitioners are directed to appear before the investigating agency for the purpose of giving their handwritings and signatures during the course of investigation, if they are so required.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 23.09.2016.
