Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents no.2 to 4 in demolishing certain portion and further trying to demolish the property of the petitioner situated bearing House No. 2-10-867 admeasuring 400 sq. yards in Sy No. 577 situated at Teachers Colony, Opp.
Forest Office, Hanamakonda, Warangal District as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, ultra vires and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of Constitution of India against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of the petitioner.
