THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.572 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard Mr. G. Vasantha Rayudu for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader (Assignment).

2. On 18.07.2016, this Court, while accepting the request of learned Government Pleader, granted four weeks time to place the compliance report. In obedience to the said order, the Assistant Government Pleader placed on record Lr.No.E1/4643/2006 dated 17.08.2016. The operation portion of the said letter reads as follows:

"The District Collector has pleased and decided to release an amount of Rs.1,17,494/- (One Lakh Seventeen Thousand and Four Hundred Ninety Four Only) out of interest amount accrued therein on reimbursement basis.

Therefore the Superintendent, H-Section of Collectorate is directed to obtain cheque for an amount of Rs.1,17,494/- out of interest amount accrued and available at Collectorate, in favour of Sri M. Sudharshan Reddy S/o Venkat Reddy R/o Garlapad village of Waddepally mandal."

Placing the above compliance on record, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
