The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the flat No.C1 in Crystal Arcade, admeasuring 460 Sq.ft. in the premises bearing H.No.6-3-801 to 803, Ameetpet, Hyderabad having purchased the said property vide document No.2712/2014. While so, the 3rd respondent in deviation of the rights existed in the building in respect of the owners of the said building has started construction in the common areas under the structure and causing obstruction in the common areas. As such, the petitioner made representation dated 28.06.2017 to the respondent authorities. As no action is being taken till date present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.

Since the petitioner has already submitted representation ventilating his grievance before the respondent authorities, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks

after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as 3rd respondent. No order as to costs.
