This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge the petitioner/accused on bail in the event of her arrest in Crime No.161 of 2016 of Police Station Cyber Crime Station, Hyderabad registered for the offence under section 66 [D] of IT Act, 2008 and section 419, 420 of IPC.

2. After some arguments, Sri M.Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
