This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the second respondent in considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2015.

It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that, at the request of the residents of the colony, the respondents have stopped the work. He, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the

Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition as and when new cause of action arises.
