Even before the matter is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out his remedies, in the event of nonconsideration of petitioner's claim. Learned counsel also filed letter dated 16.09.2019 to that effect in the Registry. Liberty as prayed for is granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
