HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No. 17289 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 5 to allot the retail outlet dealership in accordance with the Letter of Intent dated 17.01.2005 out of the available vacant outlets. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 5. A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition goes to show that there is an inordinate delay of 13 years in approaching this Court and same is not satisfactorily explained by the petitioner.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed on the grounds of latches and accordingly same is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
