The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission from this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition.

Accordingly, permission is accorded and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
