ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the show cause notice dated 28.8.2019, calling upon the petitioner to submit explanation as to why major punishment should not be imposed against him.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader produced copy of proceedings dated 16.9.2019, whereby the 4th respondent-Superintending Engineer, I & CAD Department, Chinthagattu, Warangal passed final orders, removing the petitioner from service.

In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, it is open for him to work out his remedies as available to him, under law, if so advised. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
