O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, they submitted a representation before the 2nd respondent - Joint Collector, Kakinada, East Godavari District on 20.03.2017 and the same may be directed to be considered in accordance with law. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that the said representation of the petitioners would be considered as per law.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 2nd respondent - Joint Collector to take appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation said to have been made by the petitioners on 20.03.2017, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No order as to costs.
