The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of 2nd respondent in calling him to the police station and harassing him based on complaint given by 3rd respondent as illegal. The Assistant Government Pleader by relying on written instructions dated 06.08.2013 submits that police Begumpet WPS have registered Cr.No.142 of 2013 against the petitioner and others. He further submits that except registering the above crime, the police have never harassed, threatened or interfered with the life and liberty of petitioner. The statement made basing on written instructions is placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall no order as to costs.
