THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14966 OF 2017 ORDER :

The case of the petitioners is against the order of the 4th respondent-Tahasildar, (Manchala), Ibrahimpatnam mandal, Ranga Reddy District, whereby the patta in favour of the petitioners was said to be cancelled, they preferred appeal to the 3rd respondent-RDO, Ibrahimpatnam, and the 3rd respondent also seems to have fixed the date of hearing of the appeal on 21-01-2017, but thereafter no action has been taken in the matter. Hence, this writ petition. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. 3.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioners is only nondisposal of the appeal filed by them, suffice it direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notices to petitioners as well as the un-official respondents 7 and 8 and affording them opportunity of being heard in the matter. Till then status-

quo regarding possession of the land in question shall be maintained by the parties.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
