The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents in registering crime on the complaints dated 08.07.2013 and 19.08.2013 as illegal and arbitrary.

The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) places on record the written instructions dated 22.10.2013 to the effect that a crime was already registered in FIR No.198 of 2013. In view of the subsequent development, no further order is necessary. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
