THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19735 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is that in spite of the fact that notice was issued to the third respondent with respect to the illegal construction made by him on the subject property, no further action is taken by the second respondent - Municipal Corporation Badangpet, rep. by its Commissioner, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned Standing Counsel for Badangpet Municipal Corporation appearing for the second respondent would submit that the second respondent had already issued notice to the third respondent and the authorities would take appropriate action in accordance with law after considering the explanation that may be submitted by the third respondent.

Inasmuch as the second respondent had already issued notice to the third respondent with respect to his illegal construction and as it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the second respondent would take action in accordance with law, no further direction is required to be issued in this Writ Petition.

CKR, J W.P.No.19735 of 2019 In those circumstances, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
