THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2642 OF 2017 ORDER:

The complaint of the writ petitioner in the present writ petition is that the respondent authorities are not supplying the stocks, despite the fact that the authorization of the petitioner is subsisting.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the authorization of the petitioner has been suspended by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gurazala - 2nd respondent herein, vide proceedings Rc.No.767/2016-C, dated 19.12.2016 and a copy of the same is placed on record.

In view of the above, this writ petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to assail the said order of suspension in appropriate forum.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
