This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 22.08.2016 passed in I.A.No.283 of 2016 in O.S.No.118 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Rent Controller cum Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing this revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
