On instructions, Mr.K.V.Raghuveer does not press the contempt case and according to him, his client does not want to have further enquiry into the service of order on which the respondents are relying upon.

The statement is placed on record and the contempt case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
