HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16173 of 2016 O R D E R:- Sri V. Ramesh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, after advancing some arguments, has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to approach the trial Court at the time of surrender.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
