THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.14745 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges Notice No.B/ 320/ 2013, dated 12-03-2013.

After arguing the writ petition for some time, Sri Prabhakar Reddy does not press the challenge to the notice dated 12-03-2013 but seeks leave of the Court to file both preliminary and objections on merits of the matter before the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent may be directed to consider objections and act in accordance with law. Sri S.Chalapathi Rao appearing for the 4th respondent does not oppose the request.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty to file objections along with a copy of this order within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the objections are filed, as permitted by this order, it is needless to observe that the 1st respondent is under obligation to consider the objections within his jurisdiction and proceed in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the issue on merits.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
