This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused, under sections 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking grant of bail in Crime No.79 of 2015 on the file of Bestavaripalem Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506 IPC and 4 of PCFSO Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he committed rape on the de facto complainant, who is aged about 16 years, forcibly when she was alone in her house. The allegations against the petitioner are so serious in nature. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
