Sri N. Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application seeking appropriate relief before the Court concerned.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, granting the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
