HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.19108 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner received notice Rc.No.B/ 60/ 2017 dated 12.04.2017 on 21.04.2017. The petitioner very promptly on 24.04.2017 has brought to the notice of the 2nd respondent about the receipt of the notice on 21.04.2017 while notice refers to hearing on 18.04.2017.

2. After perusing material available on record, this court is of the view that as the 4th respondent is yet to pass orders and communicate to petitioner, ends of justice are met by giving two weeks time from today to petitioner to file explanation by enclosing a copy of this order to the notice dated 12.04.2017 before the 4th respondent. The 4th respondent examines the reply, conducts enquiry and thereafter passes orders in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within two weeks from today.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
