This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 10.07.2012 in M.C.No.34 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Mandal Executive Magistrate and Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna District.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 10.06.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
