HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.1592 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and submits that the petitioner shall make an application for custody and/or access to his son Master M.Mahanth before the Family Court, where divorce petition is pending and direction may be issued to the Family Court to decide his application expeditiously. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner to make an application, as aforementioned, and if any such application is filed, we hope and trust that the Family Court shall decide the same expeditiously on merits in accordance with law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
