This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.302 of 2012 on the file of Special Junior Civil Judge for Prohibition & Excise Court, Guntur District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the Trial in the said case was completed and the same was ended in acquittal and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
