HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6042 of 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of learned Senior Civil Judge, Huzurabad in not disposing of IA.No.419 of 2015 in O.S.No.70 of 2014, which is filed by the petitioner under order 9 Rule 13 read with Section 141 CPC for setting aside the exparte decree dated 15-07-2015 passed in the above suit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has filed counter in I.A.No.419 of 2015 on 01-02-2016, the said IA is not being disposed of. There is no reason for the trial Court for keeping I.A.No.419 of 2015 pending.

In view of the same, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.419 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 20-01-2017 Nvl
