THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 19751 of 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in detaining the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TS 07 ED 7040 and for a consequential direction to the 3rd respondent to release the petitioner's vehicle. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.2361 of 2019, dated 07.02.2019. The same is not disputed by learned Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the 3rd respondent with proof of his identity and RC book relating to the subject vehicle and thereupon the 3rd respondent or other official who has the custody of the subject vehicle shall release the same to the petitioner forthwith. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
