HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR C.M.A.No.1201 of 2008 Judgment:

This appeal is preferred against the order dated 02-02-2007 in I.A.No.2354 of 2004 in O.S.No.1660 of 2004 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy district. Appellants herein filed the above-referred suit for the relief of permanent injunction and in that suit, they filed I.A.No.2354 of 2004 seeking temporary injunction. Trial Court on a consideration of documentary evidence produced by both parties dismissed the application holding that parties have to approach Revenue authorities to sort out their boundary dispute. Aggrieved by the dismissal of interim injunction application, present appeal is preferred.

2. As per the office note, main suit O.S.No.1660 of 2004 was disposed of on 12-8-2013. As main suit itself is disposed of, nothing survives in the appeal. Inspite of posting this matter under the caption of "Specially Identified Cases", neither Advocate for appellants is present nor any representation is made on behalf of appellants. Considering these aspects, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
