This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking steps in registering the case, as arbitrary and illegal. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3. 3.
On instruction, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, wherein it is stated that on receipt of complaint of the petitioner, dated 07.08.2019, GD entry was made, enquiry was done and after due enquiry a case was registered in Crime No.170 of 2019 under Sections 323, 448 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. of Kulsumpura Police Station on 11.09.2019.
