SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15790 of 2011 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Venkata Rangadas Kanuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 17.06.2016 to the registry stating that after the filing of this writ petition, regularisation proceedings were issued by the Government of Telangana and a Deed of Conveyance bearing document No.2716/2016 was executed in favour of the writ petitioner by the Tahsildar, Shaikpet Mandal, Hyderabad District. Learned counsel therefore stated that he was instructed to withdraw the writ petition.

Recording the afore-stated facts, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 13.06.2011 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
