THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.3063 and 3064 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:

These two Civil Revision Petitions are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of the same cause of action. The defendant in O.S.No.325 of 2013 on the file of the Special Assistant Agent and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, Khammam District, is the petitioner herein. He filed C.R.P.No.3063 of 2014 against the order in I.A.No.227 of 2013 and C.R.P.No.3064 of 2014 against the order in I.A.No.229 of 2013.

I.A.No.227 of 2013 was filed seeking a temporary injunction and the same was granted on 23.12.2013 and it was made absolute on 14.08.2014. Similarly, I.A.No.229 of 2013 was filed for Police protection and it was granted on 23.12.2013 and the same was directed to be continued till disposal of the main suit by order dated 14.08.2014. Though the defendant filed the present Civil Revision Petitions, there is no stay granted by this Court, as a result of which, the said orders have been in operation for the last more than one year. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to disturb the said orders, but however, directs the learned Special Assistant Agent and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, Khammam District, to dispose of O.S.No.325 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 30.03.2016 after hearing both sides. It is needless to observe that the learned Magistrate shall dispose of the main suit without being influenced by the observations

made in the interlocutory orders in the above I.A.No.227 of 2013 and I.A.No.229 of 2013 and confirmation of the said orders by this Court in the present Civil Revision Petitions.

The Civil Revision Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
