CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 15162 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-1 under section 438 of Cr.P.C. to enlarge the petitioner/A-1 on bail in the event of arrest in Crime No. 121 of 2016 of Singarayakonda Police Station, Prakasam district, registered for the offences punishable under section 120-B, 420 read with section 34 IPC.

2. Sri Kuraava Naganna, Learned counsel for the petitioner/A-1 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
