T.Madhusudhana Reddy, S/O.T.Ramachandra Reddy, v. The State Of A.P. Rep. By Its Prl. Secretary, Revenue
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21415 of 2017 ORDER:
Though the prayer does not refer to any survey number in which house site pattas are issued, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is in possession of Sy.No.1 of Surabhi Village, Chakrayapet Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, where the respondents are proposing to allot house site pattas to a few families belonging to Yerukula Caste (ST).
This Court is of the view that the issue of granting house site pattas is at initial stage and a few objections now canvassed by petitioner in the instant writ petition would as well be brought to the notice of respondents 2 and 3 and this Court has no doubt that respondents 2 and 3 will consider and take a comprehensive decision.
After perusing the written instructions, dated 03.07.2017, I am not persuaded to admit the writ petition. However, having regard to the objections raised by petitioner, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.
The petitioner is given liberty to represent all the grievances in the proposed assignment in Sy.No.1 of Surabhi Village, Chakrayapeta Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, to respondents 2 and 3 within one week from today by
enclosing a copy of this order and respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the same while assigning plots to families belonging to Yerukula Caste (ST).
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 05-07-2017 Prv
