HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Heard learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) and Sri K.S.Murthy, learned counsel for respondent No.1.

2. This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 22.01.2016 passed in WVMP No.4419 of 2015 in WPMP No.47375 of 2015 in WP No.36786 of 2015, whereby the appellants prayer for vacating the interim order dated 13.11.2015, passed in WPMP No.47375 of 2015, has been rejected. Learned counsel for the parties have agreed for the order that we propose to pass, and have fairly stated that we need not record reasons for the same. Hence, we pass the following order: i) The order, impugned in the Writ Petition No.36786 of 2015 dated 28.10.2015, cancelling the respondents fair price shop dealership authorization, is set aside. As consequence thereof, the writ petition as well as the writ appeal and pending miscellaneous petitions stand disposed of.

ii) It is open to the appellants to initiate fresh action against the respondents, if they so desired and advised, for appropriate action by following the due procedure. It is needless to mention that the appellants shall not pass any order against the respondents without issuing notice and giving opportunity of being heard to them. All contentions on merits are kept open.
