I.A.No.3 of 2022 has been filed seeking to bring the petitioners therein, who are legal heirs of deceased appellant No.6, as appellants No.18 and 19 in the related writ appeal i.e., W.A.No.705 of 2007.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the affidavits accompanying the interlocutory applications, these interlocutory applications are allowed.
