OFFICE NOTE 22.12.2025 KL,J & VRKR,J I.A.No.2 of 2025 Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, this application is ordered. I.A.Nos.1 and 3 of 2025 I.A.No.1 of 2025 is filed to issue a direction to the respondent - husband to give no objection to the concerned Department to disburse his gratuity amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) which has been withheld so far, at the earliest to the petitioner - wife's personal bank account bearing No.129310100007985, Union Bank of India, Habsiguda Branch.

I.A.No.3 of 2025 is filed to modify the operative portion of the judgment dated 07.06.2024 by incorporating a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in the place of Rs. 1,35,000/-. Sri S. Raghuram, learned counsel for the petitioner - wife would contend that in paragraph No.17 of the order, there is reference to the interim order dated 27.11.2012 in FCAMP No.700 of 2012 in FCA No.341 of 2012. Vide the aforesaid order, this Court considered the garnishee order and withheld an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs Only). This Court also considered withdrawing a sum of Rs.1,35,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Five Thousand only) by the wife and remaining amount of Rs.1,35,000/-

(Rupees One Lakh Thirty Five Thousand only) to be kept in FDR. According to him, the appellant - husband did not deposit the said amount in the form of FDR. However, in paragraph No.20 of the order dated 07.06.2024 in FCA No.341 of 2012, it is mentioned as Rs.1,35,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Five Thousand only) instead of Rs.2,00,000/-.

Sri Pingali Rameshwara Rao, learned counsel appearing for the appellant - husband confirms the said fact. In the light of the same, both the applications are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments at paragraph No.20 of the order dated 07.06.2024 that the amount shall be read as Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Only) instead of Rs.1,35,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Five Thousand Only).

The respondent/appellant is directed to give no objection to the petitioner herein -wife within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to enable her to withdraw the said amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. These applications are ordered accordingly.
