Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Home.
2. The prayer sought in the writ petition are as under : The writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent No.1 in detaining the tractor and trailer bearing No. AP-36-D-9184 and AP-36-D-9185 respectively of the petitioner without registering any F.I.R. and without any seizure panchanama, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondent No.1 to release the tractor and trailer bearing No. AP-36-D-9184 and AP-36-D-9185 respectively and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs this Court that in the light of the interim orders passed by this Court, the subject property already released and no further orders are required.
4. Having regard to the said fact, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are necessary to be passed.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
