Heard Sri Raja Reddy Koneti, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Agriculture (A.P.) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri Ch.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5. 2.
The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is alleged action on the part of the respondent Market Committee in not receiving the application of the petitioner in Form - 5 for renewal of the license. In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is stated that the petitioner submitted an application in Form - 5 for renewal of license by complying with all the requirements and the same was not received. 3.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.4 and 5 to receive the application of the petitioner herein for renewal of license, process the same and to pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law. 4.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
