THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.15898 OF 2004 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in I.D.No.134 of 2002, dated 08.09.2003 on the file of the first respondent in so far not granting any relief to the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and unjust, and consequently set aside the award in I.D.No.134 of 2002, dated 08.09.2003 by granting reinstatement with continuity of service, attendant benefits and back wages to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
