B/O tk 22.08.2022 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2022 This application is filed to relax the condition No.iv in para 11 of Crl.P.6777 of 2020 imposed upon petitioners/A12, A15 and A16 that they should not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned trial Court without obtaining prior permission;

and consequently permit the petitioners/A12, A15 and A16 to travel within the country.

Learned Counsel for petitioners/A12, A15 & A16 submits that due to business exigencies, the petitioners have to travel within India. He also submits that the passports of the petitioners are already in possession of the concerned trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, condition No.iv of para-11 of Crl.P.No.6777 of 2020, dt.19.01.2021, is only relaxed as far as these petitioners are concerned and all the other conditions remain unaltered. However, the petitioners shall inform the itinerary to the concerned Investigating Officer whenever they are travelling within the country.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
