This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing notification, dated 01-07-2016 calling for applications for selection and appointment of Fair Price Shop Dealership of Shop No.1287036, Melapuram, Hindupur Mandal, Anantapur District without following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner to hold F.P.Shop No.1287036, Melapuram, Hindupur Mandal, Anantapur District

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is accorded.
