THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1253 OF 2019 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8763 of 2019, dt.24.04.2019, the case of the petitioner was considered vide speaking order dated 06.02.2020 and the Contempt Case may be closed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the said submission.

In view of the above said submissions, this Court is of the considered view that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8763 of 2019 dt.24.04.2019 has been complied with. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 06.02.2020, he is at liberty to challenge the same, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
