This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the Respondent authorities in interfering with the manufacturing, distribution and sales of the petitioner's Bio products of brand names 1. COBRA,2. CENTUREY, 3. ASTRA, 4. TRUMP, 5.JAK, 6. CUMIK, 7, I-CARE, 8, GELAXY, 9. BREAK, 10. RESTARA, 11. VENUS, 12. LINKAN,

13. MODI, 14. MADHU, 15. 999 & 16. is illegal and void and opposed to Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and contrary to the orders passed in W.P.No.16746 of 2014 dt. 19-06-2014 and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's in any manner with the manufacturing, distribution and sale of the Bio-Products without due process of law."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.27648 of 2013, dated 24.09.2013 and a copy of the said order is placed on record as a material paper.

Following the above said orders, this writ petition is disposed in terms thereof. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
