THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.19779 OF 2019 ORDER:

Sri Rama Rao Immaneni, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of revision under Rule 35-A of Telangana State Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966.

Granting the liberty as sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to raise all pleas in the revision and work out its remedies in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
