HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.13733 of 2014 ORDER:

After hearing both sides the following order is passed at the admission stage.

Having regard to the fact that charge sheet allegations show a specific prima facie case against the petitioners/A2 to A7, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings against them. Hence, proceedings shall go on. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners that some of the petitioners are women and they are residing in different places, the presence of A2 to A7 in PRC.No.90 of 2014 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First class, Ananthapur is dispensed with except on the occasions when the committal Court needs their attendance. The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
